Wanna work-out and have fun at the same time?!

Try our exclusive Breaking workshop with Ziad Aly!

Breaking focuses on creative self-expression and the celebration of music. It encourages the expression of personal style and strong interpersonal skills. The high-energy and technical
use of strength, stamina, and flexibility make it a great workout. The class will be divided into warm ups, breaking techniques, drilling steps and moves, learning top rocks, footwork, freezes and power moves and ends with a cool down. This class is for whoever
wants to learn the basics, whatever their physical level. Participants will be challenged to develop new strength, flexibility and coordination, in a welcoming environment while having a ton of fun.
