We hope you are enjoying the remaining summer months, and are able to find a respite from the heat!

Our team hopes that you have been enjoying our programming so far, and if you haven't made it to our space yet, please mark your calendars: there are still a lot of films we hope you can watch with us!

The widely acclaimed documentary, I am Not Your Negro (2016), will be rescreened on Saturday, August 5th. Also coming up this week is the terrifying and genre-bending horror film The Witch (2015).

Other films not to be missed is Roy Andersson's A Pigeon Sat on a Branch Reflecting on Existence (2014), and the underrated satirical Mexican film, Panamerican Machinery (2016), which wittily explores the confluence of corporations and family dynamics.

Finally, if you would like to escape the heat for a full day, we are happily hosting a double-feature of cult animation works, including the groundbreaking Perfect Blue (1997) and Jan Svanmaker's incredibly subversive take on Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland, the film Alice (1988). Light refreshments will also be served, so be sure to join us if you can.
