The Center for Entrepreneurship is hosting a panel discussion exploring why the sharing economy can no longer be ignored in the region. This talk will look into how Careem became one of the fastest growing businesses in the region raising capital from one of the largest private equity firms in the world. The discussion will include Mudassir Sheikha, founder and director of Careem, Walid Bakr, director of the Abraaj Group and moderator Dina H. Sherif, associate professor of practice and directory of the Center for Entrepreneurship.
