You are invited to celebrate the International Museum Day in the Gayer Anderson Museum organised by the Ministry of Antiquities' Museum staff in collaboration with al-Athar

Monday 18 May 2015, 10 am to 3 pm at the Gayer Anderson Museum next to Ibn Tulun Mosque off al-Saliba Street.
The event includes guided tours of the museum for both adults and children including an account of the history of the historic houses of al-Kritliyya and Amna bint Salim, a historical weapons exhibition, in addition to artistic activities and games for children.
In collaboration with UNESCO's world museum campaign under the slogan #unite4heritage.
The activities aim at raising awareness of the museum and its rich collection and venue with its historic stories and myths.
Free entry to Egyptians.
