JOURNEYS IN THE SELF

"With time, we have a tendency to sink ever deeper into ruts of automatic and compulsive behavior, leading to everyday stresses and tensions, habitual patterns of thought and emotion, and a general sense of dissatisfaction with the inner self. 

JOURNEYS IN THE SELF is an experiential workshop which looks at ways of opening up the self to a new sense of creativity and spontaneity. 

Drawing on a lifetime of creative process experience, Scottish theatre actor, living theatre practitioner and traveller, Laurance Rudic, introduces participants to the self from the inside, exploring body, senses, emotions and imagination, as ways of re-awakening our ability to be present with the whole self in the here and now.

JOURNEY IN THE SELF is for you if you are an Actor, Musician, Filmmaker, Writer, painter or just interested in such an Exciting journey.

The Workshop is for 4 days, 3 hours a day
