LETS (Local Exchange Trading System) is an advanced barter system that aims at boosting the local economy by facilitating and encouraging exchange of goods and services within a specified community thus guarding against money leaking outside such community and making the best use of skills and resources present within such a community in which the LETS system has been set.

Bio
Ashraf Al Shafaki started his career as a trainer 12 years ago delivering programming training at IBM Authorized Training Centers in Cairo. He later delivered training for AMIDEAST then moved to delivering HR Management at Cairo University. In the past years, Ashraf Al Shafaki has been delivering Soft Skills training for the corporate sector, mainly in the banking sector, in 12 different governorates across Egypt covering training in Team Building, Change Management, Communication Skills, Problem Solving & Decision Making and Innovation and Creativity Skills. Currently Ashraf Al Shafaki is delivering training for Central Bank of Egypt employees through the Egyptian Banking Institute.
