Nadah El-Shazly studied theater and psychology. She started out with theatrical performanceS including “Menenn Ageeb Nas”, directed by Mahmoud Ellozy, and “Mazraet el Hemeer” directed by Mohamed Shafik. She later collaborated with Shafik in the musical project Shourba. Nadah composed the sound track for two movies by Alya Ayman, "Portrait Zaty" and "Hazy el Khayal"
Most recently she joined Bait el Oud to study oriental music and the musical instrument Saz. She has been using her knowledge of oriental music with modern and electronic music. Her latest project “Tashweesha mixes her voice with electronically produced sounds. She is accompanied by a band playing different instruments.
