Africa and the Arab World are most affected by climate change, so come
and join a regional climate mobilisation happening 25 September - 2
October, in 15 countries across Africa and the Arab World.

and Megawra Invites you to attend a discussion and double film screenings
about Week of Regional Climate Action, "We Fight Climate Change" week of
action is raising the voices of communities who are fighting climate change
right now. In collaboration with 350.org<http://350.org/>Africa/Arab World,
we are screening 2 films:

1. A Siege of Salt and Sand (Short Documentary: Tunisia is beset by climate
chaos such as rising sea levels, desertification, water scarcity, and loss
of species. Two filmmakers, Radhouane Addala and ST McNeil, are traveling
across Tunisia to visualize the fallout of climate change today in North
Africa.)
2. The Bliss of Ignorance (Short documentary: Director Simon Waller shows
the impact of South Africa’s coal-fired power stations on public health
through stories from local communities)

Attendees will also get the opportunity to be part of a group photo
with a banner that will be shared with media, to mark Egypt
participation in the week of action.
