Cooperation between the Green Zone and artellewa Green
We offer you 4 educational workshops over the month of April
which you can learn about the four basic lessons in soil preparation, agriculture, care and harvest ,.
Friday 10, 17 and 24 April and 1 May
From 2 pm till 5 pm , at the artellewa space .

The first workshop:
Conventional agriculture vs. organic agriculture
Soil and composting
Date: 10 April
The second workshop:
Poly-culture = Companion plants – guilds – rotation
Plant propagation: grafts, bulbs, tubers, stems or other parts of the plant
Plant on pots, bags or raised beds: depth - season – spaces – water
Date: 17 April
The third workshop:
Garden tools: water sprinkler – trowel – hoe – rake – hose – shovel- fork
Plant in garden: prepare soil - transplant seedlings – irrigate – mulching
Date: 24 April
The fourth workshop:
Pest control – scarecrow - weeding – plants support- cultivate - prune
Harvest – reproduce seeds
Date: 1 May
* Workshop fee: 120 LE
